Sotheby’s International Realty Expands to Hong Kong

List International Realty Limited recently signed a contract with Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC to represent Sotheby’s International Realty in Hong Kong. Philip White, CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC explained, “Hong Kong residents have a keen interest in luxury real estate and the territory also has a strong appeal to international buyers.” Opening in late 2017, there are plans to further this expansion into Asia with a location in Bangkok, Thailand the following year. Matador Names Bend Coolest Town

Matador, an independent travel media company, named Bend one of “The 24 Coolest Towns in the USA - 2017”. They kept their reasons short and sweet, citing year-round outdoor entertainment, ideal summer temperatures, local cuisine and music festivals. “Bend is one of those western towns you visit and immediately get jealous you don’t live there," they noted.
